Description

A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Operations area. Your responsibilities will be varied to include Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk and Control Practices.

Duties will cover:

• Managing the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (PRA and FCA)
• Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategies
• Coordinating resilience testing
• Risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements and 3rd Party Vendor management
• Supporting delivery of the Operational Risk Framework and monitor/report operational risk events
• Operational Risk Horizon Scanning
• Assisting with transformation projects

Your experience must include:

• Proven expertise in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity gained within banking
• Good knowledge of regulatory standards – PRA/FCA SMCR, PSD2/PSRs etc
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to present to senior management and regulators
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Degree educated

Please note this role will be working hybrid – 3 days a week in the London office and the remainder remotely.
